Steps For Disable a user

NOTE:

  • After disabling a user will remove the user from the radius.
  • After disabling a user, the user can not use data.

STEPS:

  1. Open a user dashboard and click on ACCOUNT INFO Tab.
  2. Click on the disable user button, that will show you a small popup box.
  3. Click on the Disable User button.
Disable a User
  • You can also show a total Number of Disable User List as a Reports.
  • to view a report go to on sidebar > reports > User Disable option.
  • now you can see a total number of users are disabled.
