CMS Report (Customer Management Sytem) to manage their all clients or customers Queries or Complaints as well as also solve their clients complaints in Admin or ISP side.
in other words Admin solve that problems or complaints which is sent by the client from client portal side.
CMS (Customer Management System) Report
To open CMS Report, first of all go to the sidebar menu click on User Management and select CMS Option.
now you can see User Complaint model.
here you can see four different kind of progress reports.
OPEN
CLOSE
PENDING
IN-PROCESS
In OPEN card, click on left side bold number it will display the client Queries or Complaint list whose Status is Open.
click on left side bold number fromĀ CLOSE card and it will display client Queries or Complaint list which is Solve by Admin.
In PENDING card, click on left side bold number it will display the total number of the client Complaint list whose Status is Pending.
IN-PROGRESS card, click on left side bold number it display client Complaint list whose Status is on In-progress mode.
you can see Complaint or query list which is sent by client from client portal.
here display Complaints ID, Type, User name and action columns.
Complaint ID
display Client Complaint ID number.
Type
display Clients Complaints or Queries which is send by client,
User Name
It will show the name of the client which has been compiled or query.
Status
display that status which is work under the Admin like Open, Close, Pending or In process.
if Admin want to solve an issue or complaint of the client then click on the Status Log option from Action column.
