Create New User

Here you can create Three types of users

1. Simple User
2. Mac-based User
3. Static IP

Notes :- There should be a billing plan before creating a user

There are Two way for Creating user

1. One By One Create User
2. Multiple User Together

1 .Step For One By One Create User

1. Goto sidebar and click User Management

   

2. Click on New User option

   

3. After click New User option open page has two tab
   

• User Account Information
• User Information

First Tab: User Account Information

• You can create three types of user, the Simple User, MAC User, static IP.
• Type User Name and Password
  • Type MAC Address if the user type is a MAC.
  • select a router if the user type is Static IP.
• Select User Plan.
• Enter Simultaneous-Use of User if the user type is Simple User.
• Enter the IP Address.
• If Simultaneous-Use only one then it is optional to enter an IP Address.
• If enter IP Address then Simultaneous-Use by default set by one.
• select a franchisee name if you assign this user to own franchisee.

Second Tab: User Details

• Fill all the details like customer name, address, contact number, city, email, etc…
• if you can insert more information like DOB, Identity proof then click on Additional info, it is an option to fill.
• After successfully creating a user, it will show you user dashboard!

2.Steps For import Multiple User Together

1. Goto sidebar and click User Management
2. Click on Import User Option

3. Click on the browse button and select your User.CSV file and press on upload button.

4. After press Upload Button you can show a List Of user import successfully or fail.
