What is a Top-up Plan

• Top-up is a way to replenish a Current Plan without extending the validity period, whereas recharge is a way to replenish a Current Plan with the extension of the validity period.

Create a Top-up Plan

NOTE: there are two types of Top-up plans you can create first simple top-up and second bonus top-up.

• simple top-up: user Current Plan quota is finished then the user can extra recharge plan until they access there Plan validity. while creating a simple top-up does not set plan expiry date.
• bonus top-up: bonus top-up is one type of special recharge for ISP’s users. while creating a bonus top-up must be set plan expiry date.

1. On the sidebar menu click on Plan option.
2. Display the list of a plan, click on TOP-UP Plan button.
3. Fill the information properly, like Plan Name, Cost, Expiry Date(if the plan is bonus top-up), Quota Limit, etc.
4. Click on the APPLY button.

What Is Topup Recharge?

• Topup Plan Recharge Show when User Current Plan Is Quota, Fup or Night Quota.

How To Recharge A Topup to a user?

• Open a user dashboard and click on Recharge Detail Tab.
• Click on Action Column on Topup Recharge button, which will show you a popup a small box.

• Now you select a top plan, enter plan quantity and select payment options.
• Click on the recharge plan button.
