CAF (Customer Application Form)

PHP Radius provides user information like user Full Name, Present and Permanent Address, City, Zip Code, DOB, ID proof, address proof, etc..
This all information you get on the new user creation time.
CAF stands for Customer Application Form its not a compulsory to fill.

Change User information or CAF Form

Note: You can’t change a username.

First, Open a user dashboard.
Now click on the second tab USER INFO. this tab click pen form has show user information you fill in the user creation time.

Customer Name is the user full name.
Contact Number for sent notification.
Email for sent notification, invoice, and payment.
Notes use to write something about a user
TAX/GST Number use to User TAX/GSTIN Number display invoice or GST TAX count on this number.
Enable User Portal Login to use for user access client portal or not.
Billing Address Line 1 is the permanent address of the user.
Billing Address Line 2 Optional.
Enter City name of user.
ZIP Code is Optional.
Creation Date or Update Date is user creation and last changes user data Do not change it.
All Above Information has some required fields is Customer Name, Contact Number, Billing Address 1 And City. All other are optional.

Click On additional info tab to open CAF Form Extra Detail This all detail are optional.
Present Address Line 1, Present Address Line 2, Present City, Present City Zip Code.
Select User Gender.
If User has Alternate Contact Number Insert it but not send notification on this number.
Nationality and DOB.
Get ID and Address proof and its number for help for the user details.
