User Policy

Here, Policy information like simultaneous use of user, MAC Address, IP Address, User Plan Upload or Download and receive & transmit Bandwidth etc…
If any customer want to edit it’s current Plan policy information then contact their ISP and say to update policy information.
There are mainly 3 types of users policy information available

To change user Plan policy first of all Enter a particular user name in Search tab and select that user.
Now display that particular user dashboard.

Simple User Policy Information

In the dashboard you can see particular user details like User Account Information, Billing Information, Recharge History of user, Upload Or Download Bandwidth Speed Chart etc..
Now click on the Third Policy Tab.

It will be display user Policy Information page.
We can change Address List, Zone, Download Bandwidth, Upload Bandwidth, Expiry Date, Discount, Select NAS and IP Address etc…
We can set grace period which allow to use extra service after recharge expired
We can click on Auto invoice generate if we want to generate invoice automatically
We can click on auto recharge renew if we want to recharge automatically when user recharge expired
Whenever you enter simultaneous use of user at that time display IP Address or Select Unused IP filed.
If you don’t enter simultaneous use of user that time automatically remove IP Address or Select Unused IP filed.

Add or Select Multiple MAC Address for multiple device internet connection.
Enter User Address list.
Select user discount field, if you want to give user discount or change user discount.
If you want to assign user to franchisee then select franchisee for user.
Enter or select unused IP Address.
Change Upload and Download Bandwidth in Mbps/Kbps.
You can change expiry date of plan.
Now click on Apply button, you get success message.

If user type is MAC/Static IP User then display following types of policy information.
Here you can change or update MAC or IP Address.
If you want to change only MAC or IP Address then enter new MAC or IP Address and click on Change MAC option and click on Apply button.
Enter address list or select address list.
Select user discount field, if you want to give user discount or change user discount then fill this field.

If user type is Static IP User then display following types of policy information.
Here you can not change Simultaneous use of user.
Enter or select Address list .
Select user discount option, if you want to give user discount or change user discount then fill this field.

If you want to assign user to franchisee then select franchisee for user.
Change/enter or select unused IP Address.
Select router device for Static IP user
Change or update Upload and Download Bandwidth in Mbps/Kbps.
You can change expiry date of plan.
If you want to Reset NAS option for static IP user then select Reset Static IP Option.
Now click on Apply button, you get success message.
