Answers for ISP teams.
Clear guidance on the PHP Radius platform, network operations, billing, subscribers and PAI.
Platform basics
What is PHP Radius?
PHP Radius is a cloud-based ISP operations platform for subscriber management, authentication, bandwidth control, billing, payments, network devices, support and reporting.
Who is PHP Radius designed for?
It is designed for internet service providers and franchise operations that need to manage subscribers, network access, billing and customer service from a central platform.
Which authentication methods are supported?
PHP Radius supports PPPoE, MAC-based, static IP and hotspot-based authentication for different network designs.
Network operations
Does PHP Radius integrate with MikroTik NAS?
Yes. PHP Radius supports MikroTik NAS operations including subscriber access, addressing, QoS, routes, DHCP, IP pools, hotspot and PPPoE workflows.
What do the OLT and TR-069 capabilities provide?
OLT capabilities support fiber access operations across GPON and EPON environments. TR-069 helps teams remotely configure, monitor and maintain supported customer-premises equipment.
Can subscribers monitor bandwidth usage?
Yes. The client portal can provide subscribers with real-time usage visibility alongside plan, billing, invoice and support information.
Does the platform support multiple zones?
Yes. Multi-zone management helps organize subscribers and operations across different service areas while retaining central visibility.
Billing and customer experience
Can PHP Radius generate invoices automatically?
Yes. Invoice and recharge workflows can be connected to subscriber creation, renewals and successful payments, with manual invoicing available when needed.
Which payment options can be connected?
The platform supports multiple payment-gateway workflows, including options such as PayPal, Razorpay, PayU, Paytm and PhonePe, depending on deployment and market requirements.
What can subscribers do in the client portal?
Subscribers can review usage, recharge plans, pay bills, access invoices, view transaction history and raise or track complaints.
How are notifications delivered?
Supported workflows can notify teams and subscribers through WhatsApp, SMS and email.
PAI and support
What is PAI?
PAI is the PHP Artificial Intelligence layer inside PHP Radius. It helps operators interpret subscriber and network context, answer ISP-focused questions, detect patterns and follow guided troubleshooting steps.
Can PAI detect PPPoE instability?
PAI includes PPPoE flapping detection to help identify repeated connection instability and bring it to an operator’s attention earlier.
How can I get a demonstration or implementation guidance?
Use the contact page to share your subscriber scale, access technologies and operational goals. The PHP Radius team can then tailor the demonstration to your environment.
